A high-profile consulting firm requested event security services from NSSG for a major event organized by the firm to their employees in a resort in Italy.
NSSG’ role comprised of coordinating security and protection to the clients while on site and during their movements.
Having a high number of travelers participating in this event, seamless coordination was expected to be given by our senior security consultant.
Prior to the event’s start, security and contingency plans were revised for each scenario to ensure well-preparedness and conducted in-depth risk assessments and customize security strategies tailored to the on-ground situation.
The consultant’s role also comprises of readying the resort’s staff of any potential risks that can harm or affect the client’s event. Coordination with the medical staff present during the event proved efficient as well. Minor incidents took place, with minor injuries which required only the minimum health attention. However, their understanding of the potential risks leads to perfect synchronization between all staff to engage in a way that only shows the client that is essential.
As seen in previous tasks by NSSG, the most important aspect was the client’s attention by delivering valuable, well-informed advice, simply to avoid non desired scenarios.
With a fast-paced schedule and critical engagements, real-time adaptability is essential. Our 24/7 C3i operations center provided continuous live oversight, enabling rapid adjustments to keep the client safe and on schedule.
