Due to the CoVid-19 pandemic, an international engineering company requested NSSG to support the resumption of its operations in the country.
During the implementation of the “return to work plan”, a senior security consultant drafted and implemented a comprehensive security management system, which included the delivery of a project risk assessment, the drafting of a security management manual and a comprehensive evacuation plan.
The implementation process included the deployment of expat and local security personnel coordinated by a remote 24/7 C3i (Command-Control-Communication and Intelligence Centre).
