Multinational Professional Services Company

About

Service:

Journey Management

Client:

Multinational professional services company

Date:

August 2018

Location:

Qatar-Saudi Arabia-Kuwait

Background

A primary business consulting group asked NSSG to provide comprehensive journey management support for two VIP executives travelling to Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait for a four day trip involving high business profile meetings.

Solutions

NSSG developed an operational plan by activating the deployment of three different teams each composed by local experienced executive protection professionals, all under the coordination of a senior expat Project Manager. Each local team deployed two luxury SUVs with security-oriented drivers, a Team Leader professional with medical first-aid responder qualifications and one Close Protection Officer (CPO). Prior to the arrival of the clients, extensive advance assessments were carried out on all of the itineraries of interest, enabling for a tailored contingency plan-inclusive of medical support solutions.

The task was culminated with success despite its complexity from the logistic point of view due to an ever-changing and fluid itinerary that involved a reactive agenda hopping between multiple country locations.
