An international luxury event management firm requested NSSG provide discreet risk management solutions for an exclusive event in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Weeks before the scheduled start of the event, NSSG deployed a team of senior expatriate consultants to assess the requirements and coordinate the security layout with the local stakeholders. Following the conclusion of the planning phase, the consultants were joined by a team of expatriate security coordinators and another team of local guards. NSSG set up a Security Operations Centre on the site, which allowed for the 24/7 monitoring of CCTV cameras and the provision of command and control functions for the teams working on the location. Through the Operations Centre, NSSG coordinated at all times with the event management, resulting in a seamless and successful execution of the event.
